Describe who/what this design is about

The gym is a Crossfit Affiliate and Gracie Jiu Jitsu training center. It is located in a rural town and our target market are not athletes but real people with real, everyday lives.

We want to logo to be bold, fierce and clean. Nothing overly feminine or soft. Our gym colors are blue, grey, and black. Blue color numbers are SW6432 (Sherman Williams) and hex #198BCB.
We are looking forward to your creative input.

We use kettlebells, barbells, gymnastics rings, weightlifting for workouts. We would be interested in seeing the sport reflected in the logo if possible.
