Include this tagline in my logo.

Describe who/what this design is about

Paradigm is a company stemming from Property Management, Real Estate, Mortgages, Maintenance Company and Payment Processing. You could say we are working toward being all things Real Estate. The focus is right now with Property Management and Real Estate and a Maintenance Company. The word Paradigm is used with all the company entities and we prefer to have a mark that works with all of them. But the word Paradigm may be used in it as well. We would like it to be cool and look good on a vehicle a hat or a shirt monogram.

I want to avoid being cliche and I would like a look that is fresh. One thing about our company is that we are trying to keep the customer in house from renter through buyer through mortgage through insurance through investor. We are offering great things for people to stay with us through their whole housing experience.

If it were possible to show all the types of buildings we manage in one design without too much complication that would be great. But not necessary all of them. It could just show that we represent more than one type of building style. Single family homes, 4 plexes, multi-unit complexes, storage units, student housing, and commercial buildings.

Thanks for all the great submissions. We mainly work with Single family homes and multi unit complexes. We don't work with high rise buildings yet. Many of the designs are very cool but they need to reflect more of residence aspect and less of a high rise feel. Thank you

The Mark or Logo is more important than the font right now.

#1 and #5 are my favorite so far. We do need to have some aspect that ties to housing that tells people we are in real estate or rentals. Also, if you like the look of another color scheme please go ahead and show us. I am loving the gold and black though.
