Describe who/what this design is about

We are selling Medicare Supplement plans to Seniors. This logo design is for a seminar series we are doing. We want the words to say "The Road To Making Medicare Easy" We want to incorporate a picture of a road into the logo along with the "staples easy" button for the "Easy" in the title. We want this logo to represent that our company is going to make the getting through the medicare process easy.

attached is a sample logo. Take off the compass. Not the road that is going vertical, but I would like something similar to the road that is horizontal. I want to utilize the yellow sign. Let me know if you have any questions.
