Describe who/what this design is about

This logo will represent the Pennsylvania United Medical Association. PUMA works in the Himalayas in Nepal, planting churches. They have started 30 churches in the last 15 years and 4 medical clinics. They also run two children's homes in Kathmandu. The logo should include the name as well as a Himalaya mountain theme.
