My clients are mostly companies, the primary buyer is the CEO, they need to believe that people are the back bone of their organizations. I say: "an organization is a fiction, only given meaning and power by those who believe." I have a book called The Patient Organization on amazon. In the book I refer to turbines and waterwheels as driving patience. there are 7 Questions at the heart of my message. I call them the 7Q. I will be using this logo as the backdrop and colors of TED talks and powerpoint like presentation.
