The Alabama Turfgrass Association represents all segments of the turfgrass industry (golf course superintendents, sports field managers, universities grounds managers, lawn care operators, landscapers, sod producers). We strive to improve and enhance the Turfgrass industry by uniting Turfgrass managers to support education, research, teaching and public knowledge of our profession.

We normally print in one or two colors, so we would like to see a design that can be converted from two-color to black or green without interrupting the design. Our name "Alabama Turfgrass Association" is long but needs to be incorporated, we're open to using acronyms/initials; but we do want the full name in it too. Our last logo that we've used over 20 years was a thick ATA with grass growing through it and our full name underneath...we love it but think it's time for something new. We are a professional member-based organization, so a modern, professional, clean look will be great...but nothing too crazy, childish or zany please.
