  Great submissions! A few suggestions and modifications. Please try to incorporate "RPC" into the logo. I am trying to avoid a literal rainbow in the logo but rather use the colors. We are in the field of pediatrics and serve kids so we are looking for something playful yet modern. Perhaps including a simple of something representing a child, growth, health, family or medicine Hope this helps.
