Include this tagline in my logo.

Describe who/what this design is about

We need to have our logo reworked. It is not to be totally different, as we like the overall look of it, however the chrome effect is difficult to read. The reason for it not to be radically different as people know the Logo.

Theme: Our business supplies glass for older cars... see website. www.glass4classics.com.au The look we are aiming for is that of the1950s and 60s..

I have attached a sign that we recently had commissioned. We like the way he has painted the logo particularly the 4 However under no circumstance give us the starbursts or fireworks. This was not our idea and we don't like it.

No designs using $5 off the shelf designs will be considered.

In summary:
The Logo should have similarities to our existing one
It should communicate the era of the 50s and 60s
It should be easy to read from a business card up to large banners.

The 50s and 60s (Retro) signage and advertising is what we have requested, however no one has come close. Please see points again. Must be easy to read Should not be an exact copy of our existing logo , however should be similar. Use the image of the painted sign that we attached to give a guide as to the style of writing we are after. Colours RED GRAY BLACK CREAM.....no chrome effect.

#6 Thank you for understanding that we have problems with the existing font not being able to be read... Keep it up. We are not there yet. To try and get some changes happening, move away from the 3D effect...Look at what was around in advertising, in the USA and Australia in the 1950s and 1960.

Please read our brief. We are not wanting the same logo with the colours changed. We can do that ourselves. The existing logo should be a guide only. Do not use the existing artwork in any way. We are paying for a new design and artwork using the existing logo as a guide.
