Describe who/what this design is about

We are a new company focused on helping military organizations reduce cost by more effectively maintaining their equipment. We help them "restore" vs "replace". We provide services to military organizations and manufacturers that range from program management, quality assurance, inspection services, technical assessments, and maintenance services. We want the customer to see us as a tool that can help them maintain/reset their equipment which will help them reduce costs ($ and personnel time and materials). Our customers are primarily military and Federal government.

Background on 10/20 Services name:
In the military there are various levels of "maintenance".
-10 Level is the Operator Level
-20 Level is the Unit Level
the levels continue to increase (-30, -40 etc escalating to a depot level)

Our focus is in providing services and technologies that will assist at the operator and unit level
