Describe who/what this design is about

This is a dog swimming recreational facility.
We expect people to bring their dogs in for fun and great exercise. Perhaps the logo can show a dog jumping into the blue water pool or just showing his ears coming out of the water. We know we want some blue color like waves and can be used in a 16" by 8' sign. The letters may need to be black. Open for ideas!! Thanks
