This is a current business, that needs some refreshing. This is currently a winter based activities resort. It includes skiing, snowboarding, and tubing. It may move into some summer extreme events as well, but currently only operates in the winter.
This is the current website, but it will need some work done as well.

I would try and refresh what they have without starting from scratch. I feel it is very dated, the colors are super ugly, and the fonts are super old school.
Please just try to revamp what they have, clean up the lines, and please don't be afraid to change it up totally if you feel very confident in your design.
