Up to you... But I really like green(beauty of the plants), blue(beauty of the sky/water), yellow(wildflowers), brown(earth) and white(purity/greatness).

not sure

I decided on the name High Sierra Sourdough because I love the Sierras and I'm only making naturally leavened sourdough breads. Think 1850's gold rush with a modern twist. The modern twist is that I'm not just making bread. I'll be doing tortillas, pizza crusts, biscuits, etc. I want to convey a relaxed-feels like home feeling but also keep it professional and somewhat serious. Possible "character" designs could be a marmot, a small mammal in the Sierra. A simple landscape design is also a possibility. Working a tree into something like the “I” in High Sierra might look good. I really like the pine trees of the Sierra and a silhouette or outline of a tree would be really neat.
