Employee benefits that employees purchase at their job. Not necessarily health insurance benefits but could be. Primarily supplemental benefits like disability, cancer, accident, life insurance.
Most of these policies py cash benefits directly to the employee. The employees use this money to pay their bills when they are sick or hurt
The industry is actually Insuance but you did not have that option some picked financial, but am selling insurance and I am an insurance agency
