The target audience is all sexually active men.
I have in mind a simple one-color design (blue?) making use of the alliterating three M's of the subtitle (MMM), which will also echo the sound of a person having pleasure ("mmm..") and the visual image of a man lying on his back with his knees bent. No pictures of people or objects please, just subtle graphic suggestion!
