Boutique Maine Beach Inn: Parsons Post House

Parsons Post House

Yes

We are a small boutique inn on the southern coast of Maine in the charming villige of Ogunquit, Maine.

The inn in undergoing a complete renovation to give it a high end "beach casual" look and needs a new logo to match the upgraded look.

We are upscale and yet still warm and inviting.

The logo should reflect the feeling of a small charming Maine beach villige.

Color scheme is tans(think sand), blues(water/ocean/nautical) and white (clean, crisp).

Hello Designers! We've extended this project 3 more days to allow for more of your ideas. We've elimiated any designs that wouldn't work for us and left only the ones that interest us so that should help you. Many of the designs we eliminated were too casual, tropical or playful. The logo should reflect the following: elegant, sophisticated, refined, contemporary, New England Beach style. The look of the inn is a very Pottery Barn style. Clean and crisp. We'll be putting the final logo onto navy blue items (like umbrellas)in solid white, but we also need it in an attractive color combination for use on our street sign, web site and printed marketing materials. Have fun with shades of blues. Feel free to email me or post any questions and I'll do my best to help you. Thanks! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

Please nothing with palm trees. There are no palm trees in Maine. We need the logo to look great in color, but also in white against a blue background because it will be going on a lot of merchandise that only allow one imprint color.
