Building Custom Homes and Lifetime Relationships

No

The company is a custom home building company building residential custom homes for clients ranging from $750,000-$1,000,000 each.
High End Ultra Custom Design and Details.
We are building homes in the coastal area of Hilton Head Island, SC. We are surrounded by 100 year old Live Oak trees and palm trees in the low country region of SC. Our company is meant to have a fresh look therefore the "Brighton" name. Althought Brighton is the name of the company warm and earth tone colors are welcomed. Coastal Lighter colors are also welcomed but need to be able to make a statement. We want to show our clients that we are quality builders in the area and that we are a stand out company. Certainly want to incorporate possible a LIVE OAK tree or some type of natural element. These homes are TRUELY custom for each individual client. Environmentally firendly as well.

http://www.thehawkgrouprealty.com/ The tree in this logo is more shaped like a live oak tree that we are shooting for.

55, 54, 53 could you expand the tree to be wider at the top and thicken the trunk of the tree more. It would look nice for tha tree to fill in the frame more. These are very nice looking.

    # 56. Could you take the lighthouse out of the tree and make the tree more form more to the shape under the circle. Leave the textured edges. Looks great.

    # 9 Good Quailities on this logo are the shape, the colors and design. Would like to see the tree a little more elongated in width and the colors made a little more bold.

    # 20 Like the name and print below but the B is a little to much in the background. Softer tones and shapes would be better. Examples of the feel we are going for can be found on these websites. http://www.oldfield1732.com/lifestyle/community/ http://www.palmetto-bluff.com/

#12. The things I like is the type and the clean lines under and above the name. Even though this is a home building company I don't think a house in the design is what we are looking for. We are looking to incorporate a live oak tree. http://www.palmetto-bluff.com/ This website may give you a link to the atmophere we live and and the clientele and ideas of this area.Spanish Moss, Live Oak Trees, Marshes, Palm Trees, Coastal Estuaries, Intercoatal Waterways, These are the natural elements around us that we want incorporate. We want to be able to let someone see our logo and associate our logo with the lifestyle they want to live. Most of our customers are coming from colder temperatures in the north and they want to retire here in the south and be in a warm environment. That is what the logo needs to be and invitation to warmth and comfort.
