BuildBound.com

Building Industry Intelligence

Yes

BuildBound.com is a “Building Industry Intelligence” website with a comprehensive, open-to-the-public, and dynamic directory of building professionals and companies, or building entities for hire. This powerful, exceptionally responsive and organized directory is available to the consumers (mainly homeowners and other business entities) absolutely free-of-charge, unlike other websites like that of AngiesList.com where consumers would have to pay a membership fee just to find these qualified entities. We are free, consumers can use us over and over again, and we are always up to date.

Please see more on logo notes.

not sure

The site is very clean, modern, advanced and organized, almost minimalist but very complex. Please check out www.buildbound.com to get an idea on the layout and functionality of the site.

Some notes on the logo:

- White background because the website background is pure white.
- Advanced, modern, edgy & clean design & font.
- Simple, powerful & self-explanatory (meaning the logo speaks the name of the company & its purpose).
- The logo can’t be too high in height as there is limited height space to fit on the website. I prefer for it to be wide but not too high.
- BuildBound logo should be bound by something, perhaps a graphic to show the building industry being bound (if you could think of something).
- Please don’t use italic for the font, the current logo is in italic and doesn’t seem to go well with the site.
- Consider including the slogan “Building Industry Intelligence” somewhere in the logo. Please place it somewhere so that I could maybe remove or edit the slogan later by basic cutting & pasting new text without interfering with the logo design.

Please view the following logos to draw inspirations for my logo as these are very extremely appealing to me. It would be great if you can come up with something similar and just as captivating. I was referred to your company from logofaves.com.

Please consider using the following font for the "buildbound" word. These fonts are free at the following links: http://www.urbanfonts.com/fonts/Cosmic_Girl.htm http://www.urbanfonts.com/fonts/nolocontrendre.htm Thank you.

Please try your best to revise w/ the following for draft #15 - Please revise the outline above buildbound to be more symmetrical and clear/simpler in some way. The highest height above the "d" is too high in the current design. - I don't know what you can do to seamlessly connect the "d" after "buil" & the "b" for "ound". - Make the “.” before “com” black as well like the “.” above the i. - Can you make the font of the slogan to be like that of design #3 and space it exactly like the length of the logo above it. - Please change the font of “buildbound” to something more modern, ultra-clean & futuristic like that of the following logos: http://www.logofaves.com/2009/02/elastic-digital/ http://www.logofaves.com/2011/02/chaos/ Thank you for your time and efforts.

Consider using only 2 or 3 colors & leave the color of the text gray or 1 color.

If you could integrate the logo into the company name it would be best instead of the having it above or on the side. Like these logos: http://www.logofaves.com/2012/01/matchbook/ http://www.logofaves.com/2011/07/newwave/ http://www.logofaves.com/2011/05/e-drop/ http://www.logofaves.com/2011/02/chaos/ http://www.logofaves.com/2008/11/random/ Consider a very modern and futuristic/clean font for the company name and slogan.
