Concerning the business card, which matters most, please take into consideration the following: 1/ I need my name to be followed below it by my specialty and credentials, each on a separate line as follows Dr. Antoine M. Maalouf Chirurgie Orthopédique Diplômé de l'USJ et l'Univ de Versailles Ancien Interne des Hôpitaux de Paris 2/ I do not want any address to be listed 3/ my logo can be used either in the front but in a disrete way, or on the back as a watermark or in a corner....i will see which design is more clean and professional. 4/ Concerning the back of the business card, i need please TWO variations: - one without any text on the back except perhaps the logo or website, as u wish -and another one where you provide a place i can input four addresses myself later on ( you can write for now Hospital 1, address, tel...Hospital 2, address, tel , etc.. and i will edit them myself later on)

The use of the logo on both the front and the back seems too much. I would prefer that the logo be used only on the BACK, and give emphasis on my name (Dr. Antoine .....) and job description (chirurgie ortho.....) Please add my postal address to my details : POBOX 615 Jounieh Plz provide TWO versions of the front : one with only cell number/email/postal mail/website, AND another with the same but provide a place for three hospitals to which i will edit later The front should thus have TWO or THREE categories (with and without the hospitals): a- Name and job description (Dr antoine ,chirurgie ....) b- contact details (cell/postal/email/website) c- three short lines or space for THREE hospital addresses Thank you
