  Requests: 1) Make the existing fax number that is already listed on the card 843-524-4468 specific to Beaufort and list 843-836-3014 as the fax number for the Bluffton office 2) Please include a second business card for A. G. Burris, DDS, MS with the title- Orthodontist- under his name. 3) Also, include designs for a folder with pockets, email signature (for both doctors), fax cover sheet, letterhead, envelopes, and a referral card (please reference the uploaded files for pics of our existing referral card and use the uploaded patient pictures for the pictures to be on the front of the referral card)

  Attention Designers!! The winning designer will have to provide “text editable” files and the “curved/outlined” files as well. Please make sure that both set of files are sent together. Also font(s) file needs to be sent with the final artwork. Thanks, MB/LDG/LS Team
