We like the idea of using the letters 'CHW' in some way and maybe incorporating a person in there somewhere. Not blocky, sharp edges or bold, but something relatively simple, (incorporating a circle or part of a circle somehow?) to give a natural feel to it. Please no 'hands' or 'spines' in the logo.
