I would like to thank everyone for the great drafts, just when I thought I was sure of one another would hit the mark. I have "client shared" the drafts with some friends and will make a decision tomorrow or Sunday. Thanks again!

I like the asymmetry/balance of 36,37 that being said 38 is too centered, but the bold block has merit.

Below are a few links to sites that have logos that appeal to me: www.roydesign.com www.ovsla.com www.lsginc.com www.ssala.com www.southwickla.com

Not saying that a circle logo is bad, I would just like to see some different approaches to the concepts.

Is it possible to venture away from the circle, maybe a morphic style, not too loose, but not as tight as a circle. I am not "knocked out" with the way the j splits the h in #s 20,35.

There is a certain rigidity I like about #18, but it feels more like a General Contractor logo instead of a Site planning or architectural firm. Colors are too hard. Again, thanks to all for your efforts, I am seeing some good concepts.

#16 stands out, maybe instead of gray in the circle, a "light olive" or dead grass" green? I like the brown and orange in #14 Seems to be something nice with #11, except for colors. Still not quite the "punch" yet.

Maybe incorporating the "D" in the logo is not a good idea unless it is in the background, I kind of like the emphasis on my initials, but open to concepts.

#11 stands out to me; is there anyway to incorporate the "D" into the logo? Not a must, it may be too busy, just a thought... More "earth tone" type colors maybe, something that would look clean so that it could stand alone on a homepage. #13 has something about it also, but can't put my finger on it?

Not sure if I am doing this correctly, but here goes... 3-8 are not in the vernacular that i am looking for, although I looked at your past wins and Triple S, Greenscapes, Hauser Comm and Tea Leaf are appealing. #1 and #2 are warm, but font on #2 doesn't do it for me... I hope this helps, thanks for the submittals!
