Describe who/what this design is about

I am a nurse and I am working for lawyers, hospitals or insurance companies to review and evaluate records for cases that are medical in nature for merit. My current website is: KMW Legal Nurse Consulting.com and it looks like all the other legal nurse sites. Victoria Powell RN [http://www.vp-medical.com] has a very nice website. Nurses practice 5 steps: Assess, Diagnose, Plan, Implement and Evaluate and I am trying to weave that into the legal client world. Nurses wear many hats not just the out dated white ones.
