Good deals for your good cause.

Yes

This web design is for a company that helps schools, churches and organization raise funds (1) by selling a "Discount Card" that gains access to locally and nationally available deals through its website, and (2) by alerting prospective customers of special "Daily Deals" offered on it's website.

The ideal logo design will reflect a business that specializes in (1) providing cardholders with good deals (2) and providing an easy way to give back to their good cause.

[1] My initial thought was to use some combination of the following colors: light blue (#6699CC), orange (#FF9900) or green (#00CC00). I wonder if there is a pleasant shade of purple or fuchsia that would compliment the black and light blue colors (and darker shade of blue) that will be common elements of our website design. [2] The responsive Word Press template I'm using will scale to any browser (PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android, etc.) and seems to look best when the width of the logo is less than 320 pixels. That is an important factor in the logo design, since tag line needs to be large enough to read.

#3 is very appealing visually...and reflects the "good deals" theme. I wonder if it can also include an element that relates to "help your good cause".

#5 is best without the scissors. More color or contrast might be good.
