Describe who/what this design is about

Brand new company. I deal with anything to do with electronics. Two way radios, paging, home automation, networking, telecommunications, emergency vehicle lighting. The logo will be used on everything... business cards, stationary, embroidered on clothing, website (if I get time to make one).

Do you have any additional suggestions or ideas?

I am completely open to your designs. I would like a logo with the "Custom Technology" text, but it would be nice to have the logo recognizable without the text. It should look good embroidered on both black and white. I had an idea to use the power button symbol as part of the logo (because everything I work with seems to have a power button) but it doesn't have to. If a designer comes up with something completely new, that would be cool. I am not very creative, so I need you to be!
