Describe who/what this design is about

Eccentric Chef Magazine is focused on providing education on earth to table eating, cooking, and living in conventional and slightly strange- yet entertaining views. Our monthly issues highlight: how food gets from the earth to your table, what products are available, and what to do with them. We focus on non-production based farms which are primarily family owned and explore how their products can bring about a healthier you. Our editorial and recipe sections feature many in-season products and recipes for our gourmet readers and those who have just 30 minutes.
