Business logo for a new restaurant
downtown
Yes
Creating a family restaurant with a more upscale ambiance; a city experience (in quality and selection) in a suburban location. Food is fresh; professional chef with 40 years experience. No bar, no karaoke, no white table cloths. I need a logo for the menus and the signage, including decals to apply to windows, and a large electric sign above the door. Eventually, will need web design, stationery, business cards, etc.

The initial design used long thin letters ("dunhill") spelling only the word downtown. Used a stack of rectangles to emulate a cityscape. I think the skyline motif is overused. I would like a more geometric style for the cityscape, maybe. Ambivalent about adding the word "restaurant" or the number of the address (731).
