Psychiatric Alternatives and Wellness Center is an integrative mental health center that provides opportunities for education as well as treatment. We help our patients understand their inner world in relationship to the complexity of today’s world, and provide them with a variety of tools (workshops, therapy, increased contact with psychiatrist/psychologist) to help facilitate greater insight and freedom of choice, so that they are able to lead happier, more productive lives.

Our clinicians have extensive training from around the world, integrating theory and practice from multicultural perspectives.

Traditional & contemporary treatments include meditation and body-practices, cognitive-behavioral practices, psychological testing, positive psychology and coaching, archetypal-mythological-cultural narrative, sand-tray and play therapy, individual-group-relationship-couples-mediation.

A variety of groups help facilitate communication, and increase understanding within individuals, families and couples, providing tools and comfort, enabling you to use them as soon as you walk out the door.
