I want Blue to be prominent but I am not apposed to a red white and blue color scheme

I like the idea of "Americana" arched upwards on top,
"Pizza Grill &" below it arched upwards with a symbol in the middle and "Pub" arched downward centered in the bottom. I was thinking that a retro looking pizza cutter might be a nice logo or a pizza cutter crossed with a chefs knife or both with a beer mug behind it. I am open to other ideas as well
