Describe who/what this design is about

Sidecar Celebrations is an upscale gift delivery service (including Champagne, Flowers, Candy, Gift Baskets, etc.) using a bubble gum pink scooter and sidecar as mode of transportation. Colorful, fanciful Serpentines should be the basis of the logo; "Sidecar Celebrations" could be written using serpentines. Must be colorful: pinks, orange, yellows, aqua, etc., bright colors. You could incorporate a champagne bottle bursting with serpentines. Thank you! Can't wait to see your designs.
