We are a high intensity fitness gym that offers classes for individuals of all starting fitness levels.
Our workouts are brief and effective in producing a high degree of physical fitness across a broad variety of activities. Our workouts are more like a sport than traditional training methods. All classes are overseen by a certified personal instructor. We use barbells, kettlebells, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and powerlifting movements instead of machines.
