TPM or Tidewater Property Management

Protecting investments and creating homes.

Yes

Tidewater is a family-owned and operated property management company for community associations (HOAs and condos) that started in 1989. As much as we still focus on personal, quality customer service like most "small mom-and-pop shops", we have grown to have over 200 clients and equally focus on technology/innovation like modern cutting-edge corporations. We are a well-rounded company that offers the resources, knowledge, and experience to enhance the community-lifestyle and to protect the value of each home in the neighborhoods we manage.

These communities are like mini-governments - they are groups of homes that pay fees (like taxes) that is spent on the maintenance of the communities playgrounds, pools, and other amenities. Living in an association means having to comply with rules (like laws) to protect the values of the homes (i.e. ensuring that your lawn is cut, not painting your door red when everyone else's doors are white, etc.). As the property management company, we work with the Board of Directors (like the President and Congress) to enforce the rules, to budget for the fees that homeowners pay, and to manage the vendors that maintain the communities landscaping, snow removal, etc.

We would be interested in seeing any color, but you can also use the shades of blue on our current website - www.tidewaterproperty.com. Again, it is not necessary.

not sure

One thing to note about our company name is that it was randomly chosen a long time ago. We are not located anywhere near a body of water, which "Tidewater" suggests. So it doesn't matter whether you incorporate water or not. Also, the tagline has not been officially established, so it can change. However, we would like to see the logo with and without the tagline if possible.

EVERYONE - as much as we like the house/roof/skyline design, has it been overdone with other companies?

EVERYONE - thanks for the submissions so far..based on feedback, please do not use the tear/rain drop, bubbles, or splashes. if you submitted a design with these, we don't necessarily not like the rest of the design - can we see the same design without it?
