Specialized Patient Transportation
No
This is for a start-up business that transports patients long distances via ground with care and comfort above what they would receive in a regular ambulance Columbia would be for America, as in the US flag; Pacific because we are starting here first, and MedTrans for medical transportation. We envision a national company with other divisions like Columbia Southwest, Columbia Southeast, etc., so some flexibility in the main logo design so these can be added would work Think Fed Ex in that they have different divisions with the same basic logo in different colors, etc. Our crew will have badges and arm patches, so the logo has to allow that usage. We also are looking for the logo to be used with graphics on the side of the large transport unit, which we are looking for in addition to the logo...we will pay extra for that work to the winning designer!

Since the name is Columbia, red and blue would be a natural part of it, but I am open to ideas. Pacifc is blues and turquoises....not sure how that fits in, but wanted to mention it. Again, when we add other locations, Southwest would have a different color pallette; Southeast, Midwest, etc. so a deisgn that can take Columbia and be able to tie harmoniously in with these other regions would be important.
not sure
We do not want to look line AMR's design, which is bold and basic, but we want to project the same solidity in who we are. We are transporting peoples loved ones, and they need to be confident in who they are leavign them with!
