The logo is for an executive program: A rigorous five-day developmental experience, CommunityShift™ will challenge forty Non-Profit leaders through in-depth analysis of management and leadership best practices from both the private, public and broader Non-Profit sectors to better deliver on their underlying mission.
CommunityShift™ is designed for Non-Profit executive directors and chief executive officers who are responsible for driving the organization's direction, mission, policies, and major programs. They're grappling with today's complex challenges and concerned about the future. And they're determined to change, innovate and grow. Candidates are nominated through KPMG Enterprise and participants are selected by a panel of faculty at the Richard Ivey School of Business.
