We require 2 different designs for 2 different companies. One is a real estate agency, the other is an education centre which provides courses in real estate, sales, motivation and personal development. For the real estate agency: - Name of company is P.T. Gabunga Lestari Agensi - logo used shall be without the tagline - tagline "The Soul of Real Estate" to be placed separately - we would like to see designs with and without personal photo, as not all agents might be placing their photos. - Photos should not be in a box - Name and Cell number needs to be more prominent than other details - Design should be clean and exudes a branding of professionalism, trustworthiness and respect For the education centre: - Name of company is P.T. Guna Limpah Academi - designs will be without photo - name and cell number need NOT be more prominent - design should be clean and corporate that exudes a branding of professionalism, reliability and trust We require designs for: - Business cards - Open Top DL Envelopes 110mm x 220mm (plain) - Open End DL Envelopes 110mm x 220mm (with window) - Letter head - Fax Cover - 2 pocket folder with business card slot - Open end envelopes 9 ½” x 12 ½” Colours schemes are important to us to avoid 'clashes' with 'fengshui". Colours allowed: - White - Gold - Blue - Black - Grey Colours to be avoided: - Yellow(and all other earthy colours) - Green - Brown(and all other woody colours) - Red

We are open to ideas, but it should include the logo with tagline Business card for the agency should also have the words "Buy / Sell / Lease"
