Describe who/what this design is about

A multipurpose business, in construction, design, realty, consulting and perhaps a retail brand in the future.
We are a young couple, Christian and Therese with creativity and skills in a broad range.
We want the logo to be something that every household wants to have a connection with. It should convey greatness. We would love a updated look, yet classy for a long-term use.

However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files. I like the font in draft # 1-4. Perhaps with the T being focus and being a statement. Like draft # 4, but much more visible to be a T.

I like the idea of creating something of a bit more visual interest, but just the CT is too nondescript, Something needs to pop out at people somewhere in the logo.
