  Draft 12 is good, only attempt to make the letters less cartoon and more like a real block, perhaps Bookman font. Also, as shown in File Upload #3, perhaps place the letters on a simulated glass block. I would like to see one with all four letters (as demonstrated terribly in one of the upload files) and then one with only the three letters. Thank you for your efforts.

  Please look at the brief again. I have uploaded some very crude ideas, but ideas none the less. Keep thinking, be creative. If we need to drop the "Group" to make it look great, then we can do that without any consequences.
