Describe who/what this design is about

The DINE is a group of school directors who get together every 2 o 3 months to discuss different topics around education and school problems. The coordinator of this group is a publishing company called SM ( https://www.grupo-sm.com/pr/ ). The mission for this group is to jointly contribute to improve the education in Puerto Rico. NOTE: The SM logo cannot be integrated to the DINE logo.

new indications: 1- we have decided to eliminate the number 1 from the design 2- we would like to see some options lowering the N letter (like this: DInE) 3- red is fine, but you can play with other colors 4- think emphasizing in the words innovation and/or dialog (letter D or I)
