The partner company is in greens (see uploaded image) so something that will be similar but not exactly the same colors, perhaps it will incorporate the green into it with another color?

The logo needs to be 'similar' to the partners logo, however, we want this to be identified as a separate entity.
This logo needs to be simple enough to be engraved on a large stone and will get lots of local press coverage so it also needs to be very professional/modern and eye-catching.
This is a commercial compost company!
