This is a review site. A Mole is an insider - someone who reveals inside information. The logo is meant to convey the name of the website and the image of a mole working on your behalf sending out information.

Visit Google Images and search for Krteček - you should see a picture of a cartoon mole. I'd like a character based on this. The site will work alongside Economistjobs.com - the words EconomistMole.com can be in the same style as the logo on EconomistJobs (but without the Christmas additions!)
EconomistMole is a review site where employees review the company where they work. There is an established concept for an 'insider' or 'spy' to be referred to as a 'mole'. The site name therefore conveys the idea that someone is publishing secret inside information. The picture of the mole should therefore convey the idea of a spy.
