Two sides to the business, Tanning and Spa Services. The Tanning business is established ten years, while the Spa is to be added in five months when we move to our new large and beautiful location. The Spa will offer Manicures, Pedicures, Waxing, Massage and Facials.
The décor will be high end contemporary, but warm and organic. I wish to attract the Middle to High income demographic and have special appeal to women24 to 50. The current Tanning business has a ratio of 60/40 women to men. I expect spa services to be closer to 3 to 1 women.
I want the logo to invoke “Old World” feeling of style, but not over styled. Avoid using pencil-thin script. I want the logo to be warm. Our customers comment about our Cleanliness and our polite and friendly staff. We market regularly with postcards and emails and need a logo that portrays these attributes. Logo will also be on box sign along the highway.
You may consider including the sun or any other tanning related image, since our current core business is tanning. Use restraint, however, as our goal is to make a statement that we are no longer simply a Tanning Salon. Also consider integrating an image of flower.
