EXPEDITE PROJECT: BANNER FOR CONCUSSION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

WHY BASELINE TESTING IS ESSENTIAL?

Medical

TARGET AUDIENCE: PARENTS, COACHES, PRINCIPLES, ATHLETES, PEDIATRICIANS, PHYSICIANS, ANYONE WHO PLAYS A SPORT THAT COULD RESULT IN HITTING THEIR HEAD HARD ENOUGH TO GET A CONCUSSION. FOOTBALL IS #1 GIRLS SOCCER IS #2 FOR SUSTAINING CONCUSSIONS I want to target school-aged & High school Football and girls soccer. For the photographs, I would like to see High School Football on one side of the banner and Girls Soccer on the other side of the banner. I have provided a girls soccer photo that you may be able to use ( I have permission from the photographer but I am not sure of the clarity). I the images I want to portray in both the football and soccer are ones that leave no doubt in the viewer’s mind that a concussion likely occurred. I will email samples so you have an idea; however I do not know if these photos have copyrights or not.

Lastly, I do want to include: BENEFITS OF BASELINE TESTING: -Objective data drives Return-To-Play decisions -Helps Physicians answer the question with confidence, “Can this athlete safely return to play?” -Assures parents in managing their child’s concussion -Greatly reduces the incidence of “Second Impact Syndrome” -Consistent with NCAA Guidelines -Fast & Affordable REQUIREMENTS: The banner needs be titled and focused on our New Concussion Management Program. I don’t want to focus on other physical therapy things that we do that you see on our letterhead. I need your expertise on convincing parents and coaches that getting their athletes to get a baseline test is just as important as putting on a helmut or a pair of cleats when they enter the field. Thank you Devra

If you look at our website under the Concussion Management tab, just past the video, you see the headers for the Concussion program and some photos. One particular photo that You may have room to use is the one of the very fit female looking at a computer screen as she is standing on the BIODEX machine. The test we do is called Clinical Test For Sensory Integration For Balance (mCTSIB). You have access to use any of those photos on the concussion page if you choose to.

Can you please correct the size of small banner to 4ft X 10ft Also, I was worried there would not be room for contact info but apparently there is. Please know That I prefer the symbols (instead of words for phone & Internet) & the following information would be great if there is room in their design. Phone: 209.599.7073 Web: xcelpt.com Facebook.com/xcelphysicaltherapy THANK YOU ALL!

Dear Design Frames, #9 & #8You are on the right track. Can I see what it looks like if you put the benefits box in the middle and a photo on each side? also, bold the words physical therapy to match the red in the logo without the shading part. Given you have that long black line at the bottom, go ahead and remove the wrods for more infor visit our website and just put our phone number 209.599.7073 then www.xcelpt.com & Like Us on Facebook in larger letters Thank you

I am not thrilled with the tagline that was posted initially. Please feel free to input your own ideas.
