target audience is mid size landlords in the Brooklyn NY area.

Requirements

the size can be 8" X 11" 1/2 or 8" X 14". I will confirm this later on. I have also attached the logo along with the content that is to be used on the brochure. Please see the attachment for that. the colors scheme will probably be consistent with the logo Gray, black and white however i would like to see some more color options also please.

please do not use standard templates i want to see creative design such as alternating shadings in the testimonial and services part and creative use of shades and angels.

DESIGNERS!! Some good work there. I like it but its a little hard to see since the resolution of the images posted is not that great. Can you all please post the front and the back as separate entries? And please I don't like that wooden background. It just makes it harder to see the actual brochure. Looking forward to your response. Thank you and best of luck!
