target audience is mid size landlords in the Brooklyn NY area.
the size can be 8" X 11" 1/2 or 8" X 14". I will confirm this later on. I have also attached the logo along with the content that is to be used on the brochure. Please see the attachment for that. the colors scheme will probably be consistent with the logo Gray, black and white however i would like to see some more color options also please.
