Concept of the logo:

A kid is pushing trolley like this one: http://www.ashfield.nsw.gov.au/images/customer_service/shopping-trolley-hc-120l-.jpg .
Interesting font text "Yolley" is under the logo and tagline with smaller font is "Your file trolley".
Less details, simple creative design. Use colors that match the previous design, because we're changing only the logo.
