Describe who/what this design is about

About us:
PlayChanger is a gaming company aimed to launch crowd sourced 'content games' on multi platform (Iphone, Andriod, Facebook, etc) environments. Games will target various affinity verticals such as sport fans, movie fans, music lovers, etc. Each game will have its own target audience, content and game play. PlayChanger plans to disrupt the normal gaming experience by giving the users the power create content within the games.

* Since we are new and aiming big we are looking for a long term relationship with a creativator :)

The logo should be playful but not childish and find the right balance between formal and fun. PlayChanger logo should convey the change we want to create in the normal playing experience.
The logo will be used on: Website, Facebook, Mobile devices, Print (Biz cards, Company papers, etc).

Thanks for everyone that submitted designs so far. Some of the designs are too formal, the design should be playful/game related (not childish) cause we are still a gaming company. Thanks again!

We prefer simple design with an icon on the left side or integrated in the text itself (rather than above the text). Also the Changer should disrupt the Play in a way (maybe by different styling/colour/etc)
