Please try to incorporate "Cause Ribbon(s) in the logo design. Also, if creating a character with the logo, please try to use a feminine character since the name of the company is PayrollPAM.

I would like a logo that has a character in it. I would also like the person that sees the logo to know that we are a company that cares about the commnunity. Our whole business model will be based on giving back to the community.
