Describe who/what this design is about

HealthLocker is an online health records site, it allows users to upload health records, pull records from a doctor, lab, etc... electronically or use their mobile device to take a picture and upload. It allows users to tweet to their health wall on the site and import prescriptions from a pharmacy. It is easy to use, the user creates the structure and add files, text, images as they want from any device. Users add immunizations, X-rays, lab results, etc...
