We're a small Japanese food stand at the farmers market started by mother and daughter. We source our foods locally, organically and sustainable when possible (including naturally raised meats). We serve traditional home style Japanese food with an emphasis on good flavor and high nutritional value.

We would like to avoid the common natural, hippie, granola, organic, raw, vegan appeal. We chose the name Honshū Wolf because it is evocative and would like to see logo design with and without a wolf image within it. Possibly similar to the Bulldog logo (http://www.asianfoodgrocer.com/img/prods/sauces-seasonings/165285-tonkatsu-sauce-lg.jpg)
