The design is for a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) brokerage firm. the logo needs to speak directly to CEO's CFO's and Human Resource Managers within professional organizations. It needs t be inmpactful without being overpowering so it dilutes the main purpose of the business

you can decide on the best color combination however we would like to stay away from Hunter Green and Blue as the main color schemes. They can be used as highlighted colors just please do not use them primary colors of the logo

For the main fous point the logo needs to include either the intitials of the company (HRA) or the company name (Human Resource Alliance). It also needs to incorporate a shield to show protection and a lion to show power. We are thinking about 2 different types of logo designs, 1. something simialr to the Donlad Trump Crest logo, althogh it is only 1 or 2 colors it is impactful, 2. something that incorporates the 3 main elements with 4 colors without appearing to be cartoonish.
