Describe who/what this design is about

We are an experiential learning company using immersive learning techniques that put delegates through very realistic scenarios so that they learn from as close to operational experience as it is possible to get, without being in the live situation. The logo should represent the immersive experience - people on our courses are totally immersed in the world the training represents.

What colors would you like?

Mid or dark blue. The logo will feature on a website and promotional material on a white background

How many colors do you want in your design?

Do you have any additional suggestions or ideas?

A smart, sans serif font in mid-dark blue, with some element of the word disrupted by reflection from water or ripple effect to represent immersion. Perhaps the last 20% of the bottom quarter of the lettering being affected. If a symbol is offered in addition to the lettering, it should be in keeping with a corporate education provider and not too 'cartoon-like'.
