We like blue, but the design doesn't have to contain blue, so please feel free to submit other ideas. We will be using the design colors as our corporate colors on our future website and marketing materials, so a 2-color design would work well. More than 2 colors would be fine as long as they can be incorporated into a design scheme. It is important that the logo be clearly distinguishable in black and white as well as in full color.

To summarize, we are a real estate company that wants a clean, unique logo that conveys a message of professionalism. Feel free to be creative. The logo does not have to have images of buildings, houses, etc., although those are welcome, as well. We were thinking of having "K&P" as the main component of the logo, with "Real Properties" in smaller text. However, we would also be interested to see designs with the full text emphasized. We look forward to seeing your ideas.
